So I have completed my first week of my 6 million steps challenge. As you can see I didn’t get off to a very good start. I need to up my steps by about 10,000 steps a day to get on schedule, for me at the moment that’s easier said than done.
I’m about 72,000 steps behind schedule and it’s only week one! Lets hope I can do something a bit better next week.
Anyone got any tips on how to improve the numbers?
