6 Million Steps Challenge.

Wednesday 1st August is the day I start my 6 Million Steps Challenge. I need to do 115,384 steps a week, or 16,438 every day. But if I want a rest day or 2 then I will need to do about 20,000. That means I can have 2 days a week where I only need to do about 6,000 or make up for the steps I have missed.

Let the fun begin.
